'Crust & Craft Pizzeria started with an aspiration: to share true Neapolitan pizza with Rome. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our pizza shop commenced as a quaint, family-managed venue with recipes bequeathed through the ages.
Marco Rossi, our progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza construction on her grand tour across Italy, taking lessons from illustrious pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza first originated. Back in the UK, her mission was to offer the quintessence of Italian pizza, reverting to traditional methods and premium components.
Originating as a humble pizzeria with only 12 seats, we've evolved into a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our unwavering promise to quality and genuineness stands strong. We continue to utilize the same methods with wood-fired ovens, crafting our dough freshly each day, and selecting the finest ingredients at hand.
Currently, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria is still under family ownership and guidance, with the descendant of the Rossi kin piloting our devoted crew. Though we've adopted some new techniques, the essence of our enterprise remains: to make scrumptious, veritable pizza that unites folks time and again.
