Refund Policy

At Crust & Craft Pizzeria, we take pride in our product quality and customer service. We are dedicated to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Our refund policy, outlined below, applies to all orders placed through our website noodlebowlsoup.sbs or over the phone at +39 06 446 1234.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it without any charges. Orders canceled after this timeframe cannot be refunded as our team immediately begins preparing your food to ensure it's delivered fresh and hot.

Refund Eligibility

If you are dissatisfied with your order due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us within the hour of receiving your order. We will gladly provide a full refund or replacement.

In the rare event that you receive a defective product, such as a burnt pizza, we require that you report it immediately upon delivery. Please provide photographic evidence within 24 hours to support your claim for a full refund or a replacement order.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that perishable items, such as pizzas, are not eligible for a return. Additionally, items that were delivered as ordered cannot be refunded if the complaint is solely based on personal preference, such as taste.

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days of the refund approval. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Refund Exceptions

We cannot accommodate refund requests resulting from weather conditions, delivery delays due to unforeseen traffic situations, or incomplete or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Exchanges

If an item you ordered is incorrectly prepared, we will offer an exchange for the correct item. Please contact us as soon as you notice the error. We will arrange a replacement delivery as quickly as possible.
